Tatjana (Tati) Washington is a PhD candidate in the Evolutionary Biology department at the University of Chicago. Her research has a strong focus on clean energy technologies, U.S. and international energy policies, and environmental justice. With a specialized interest at the intersection of research, business, and policy, Tati spends most of her time analyzing market trends and funding flows to support the transition to a low-carbon, climate-friendly future. She uses her quantitative, data-driven insights and innovative solutions as a powerful form of environmental advocacy.
