Swani loves working at the intersection of climate, innovation, and community impact. This summer, she worked with the Environmental Defense Fund, and over the past year she has contributed to projects at EPIC and the Polsky Center that combine research with creative problem-solving. Before Harris, Swani helped strengthen India’s startup and innovation ecosystem, supporting early-stage founders and climate-tech initiatives across government and nonprofit roles. She enjoys translating complex climate challenges into practical solutions and is passionate about advancing a more resilient and sustainable future.
