Mahnoor is a Master’s in Public Policy candidate (‘25) with a background in economics and data analytics. She is passionate about working at the intersection of education, inclusion, and sustainability. Originally from Pakistan, she previously worked as a public sector consultant, leading research and policy development initiatives to reform the infrastructure of public schools in rapidly urbanizing regions across the country. Her work involved stakeholder engagement, data-driven needs assessments, and the design of scalable interventions to enhance educational service delivery and infrastructure resilience.

Her research centers on the educational challenges facing children in climate-vulnerable countries, particularly how environmental stressors disrupt learning. Mahnoor is especially interested in how sustainable technologies and resilient design can be harnessed to build inclusive, adaptive learning environments for the most at-risk communities.
