Eltjana is a Master of Public Policy student at the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy, specializing in environmental policy and finance. With a professional background in monitoring and evaluation for donor-funded education programs, she brings a data-driven lens to development challenges. Currently working as a short-term consultant at the World Bank, she is particularly interested in how financial instruments and capital markets can be mobilized to support climate solutions.

Her research and professional interests lie at the intersection of climate and finance, exploring mechanisms such as blended finance, climate risk disclosure, and impact investing strategies that align with net-zero goals.
